The house provides self-catering rental accommodation for 8/10 people. It has central heating for the out of season months and is set out upstairs with one double bedroom, a second double bedroom with a single child's bed, a single bedroom, bathroom WC, and a lounge which has a settee/bed, if required to sleep a further two people. It has its own independent TV/video system so that two programmes can be watched at the same time.

Downstairs has a double bedroom which opens onto the patio, shower/WC, and a family room with a brand new modern kitchen, dining area and lounge in traditional French layout, which opens onto the rear patio. This family room also has a wood-burning stove for those who wish to stay either early or late in the year. The utility room with storage and washing facilities completes the downstairs layout.

The front garden is safe and enclosed having two small lawns areas one each side of the path. The rear garden is also gated and a safe area for children, having a raised patio with electric canopy for protection during those long hot Brittany summers enjoyed in this area. The rear garden also features a brick-built barbecue. Should you wish to park on the property, there is a drive and enough parking at the rear for 4 vehicles.
